Terms of Service

MadDraw (hereinafter "the Service") is an online drawing party game provided by indie developer Kamekichi (@cook_grandpa). These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") apply to all users of the Service. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. About the Service

The Service is a multiplayer drawing psychological warfare party game. By using the Service, users agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in warnings, play restrictions, account suspension, or other measures.

• Actions that violate laws, public order, morals, or the rights of others
• Posting inappropriate content (violent, discriminatory, sexual, illegal, etc.) in drawings or prompts
• Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior toward other users
• Cheating, use of bots, unauthorized access, or other unfair practices
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service
• Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the operator

3. Age Restriction

The Service is intended for users **13 years and older**. Users under 13 must use the Service under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain copyright to the drawings they create. However, the operator may use anonymized versions of such content for service improvement, promotion, or other purposes.

5. Disclaimer

The operator is not liable for the following (except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence):

• Damages caused by communication environment or user device issues
• Disputes between users
• Temporary suspension, interruption, or termination of the Service
• Any issues related to AI judgment results

6. Data Handling

All data generated through the Service is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be revised as necessary. Significant changes will be notified via the Service or on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
